I finished watching "Dark Shadows - The Revival" yesterday and the end was... Well, it wasn't an end. They stopped in the middle of action. WTF? There's missing something. At least something like an reaction, explanation or whatever, but no cutting it off like that. Why are they doing this? For once I want to know the reason. They didn't even finish the 2004 version. I really don't get it. The series is around for 40 years now with a strong fanbase. And yet they don't care.
So, this is another series for the list of unfinished and abandoned series. Like "Firefly" and "Dracula".
Besides the bad end it was a very interesting series. It got better with the episodes. Of course I couldn't help comparing it to other vampire series and movies. There are certain similarities, especially to Bram Stoker's Dracula. And of course hate characters :). I found myself two from the very beginning.
