I've watched the live-recording of the musical "Elisabeth" today and I absolutely fell in love with it. I fell in love with the music before watching it. But to see the whole show coming to life was wonderful even if it was just on the screen. I've never been a friend of the Sissi story at all. The movies are far too trashy for my liking. All this wonderful life crap is getting on my nerves. What makes the musical different is that it shows the lonely side of Elisabeth, her struggles and problems in life. And of course the character of "Death" as a person. God, this gorgeous, sexy, evil bastard made me drool through the whole show. The result is a fanart of him ^_^(what else?). I hope you like it. I changed the brooch at his collar into a skull. The original one is a boring looking blue jewel. I thought this might be more fitting for the Death.







Okay, blond hair might not be so fitting, but it's better than his white dress *shudders*. That's the only thing I'd criticise of the musical. Fortunately he's only wearing it twice. And of course his songs are the best ones. Villains always get the best songs, see Phantom, Krolock of TdV or Richelieu of 3 Musketiere.
After watching it on screen I'd love to watch it on stage. I must be overwhelming. The costumes, the sets and the music. It's sad that I couldn't make it to see the show in Stuttgart, but I really hope they find another place to re-open it here. Maybe it'll move to Hamburg. I heard they're closing "Mamma Mia" there.

Thanks a lot ^_^. Yes, it is. I don't know why the producers wanted him blond. Maybe it makes him sort of a dark angel.

Yeah, I really want to see it on stage as well. Maybe it'll move to Hamburg. Mamma Mia will end there in spring, so a theater is available. Would be so wonderful.
