dracula's back
Mar. 7th, 2006 10:27 amYeah, he's back! Last week the first and unfortunately only season of DRACULA:THE SERIES flew into my mailbox. How am I coming to have noticed this series of tv entertainment? To be honest with you, I don't really know. Might have happened while browsing I guess.
Anyway, this one is really good. No, better to say splendid and so damn funny. Stick to the evil ones and all's gonna be alright *hehe*. Alexander Lucard aka Dracula is a really handsome and nevertheless mean guy, it warms my heart. And it's always good to have financial resources on the way to dominate the world. And I love people talking with an accent.
But the character I've really growing fond of except from Lucard is Klaus. Klaus Helsing, the son of Gustav Helsing, Lucard's opponent, and black sheep of the family, is a psycho with a really maniac laughter. I like him :). A reckless fellow, but a little bit unstable, who doesn't like to restrain his hunger. Give a damn of risking exposure as long as there is a good bite *grin*
It's a shame that this one got cancelled after just one season and the last episode was a cliffhanger *grmph*. But the good thing is, many actors of FK are involved in this one. Geordie Johnson as Alexander Lucard (aka Jerry Tate in MY BOYFRIEND IS A VAMPIRE), Bernard Behrens playing Gustav Helsing (aka Charles DuChamp in BLOOD MONEY) and of course Geraint Wyn Davies as Klaus Helsing, who we all know as Nicholas Knight as well.
